Bring your professional expertise to the classroom as an esthetics instructor. If you have a passion for teaching and skincare, training the next generation of estheticians may be for you. At Hair Professionals Career College, we offer a comprehensive esthetician instructor program on our Oswego, Palos Hills, and Sycamore, IL campuses. Our cutting-edge program is designed to help current esthetics professionals become highly trained beauty instructors.
We can help you become an instructor in your field of expertise. Our esthetics instructor program evolves with industry trends and skin care advances to ensure students receive the most current information available. As an instructor-in-training, you’ll work with one of our certified esthetics instructors to learn how to effectively lead a classroom and create an environment where students are actively engaged in learning. Part of our instructor program includes opportunities to teach the students enrolled in our esthetics program through mini-classes, gaining first-hand experience as a skincare educator.
At Hair Professionals Career College, we understand how important it is to learn the business side of esthiology. Aside from training beauty professionals that we’d be proud to hire, our goal is to help our esthetics instructors understand business essentials unique to the industry and pass those on to future students. The foundation we provide through business training includes the following:
We also partner with leading brands, such as Dermalogica, MUD Make-Up Designory, and more. Our partnerships help us deliver educational content that’s relevant in the skincare industry today.
We believe in our program so much that we want to hire as many of our own student teachers as possible. Upon graduation, we help students sign up to take the State Board Exam and welcome eligible graduates to open instructor positions at Hair Professionals Career College as they become available. Once you become a certified esthetics instructor, you can also explore additional opportunities to pass on your skills. Just some of the careers our graduates have selected include teaching at vocational schools and high schools.
Our instructors are as invested in you as you are in your future. Nationally accredited by NACCAS, Hair Professionals Career College is proud to offer this and other programs for aspiring beauty professionals. Those interested in our instructor program must have prior esthetics industry experience. In addition to tuition, students are also responsible for a kit fee and a registration fee. The cost breakdown of our instructor program is as follows:
Financial aid is available to students who qualify. Many of our esthetics instructor students are eligible for financial aid and scholarships to help pay for our programs. Connect with an admissions representative to get started.
